A marketplace built around the harvest hour

Fresh Fields started in 2019 with a simple frustration: the best produce in the world rarely traveled well. Fruit picked at its peak in one hemisphere routinely arrived bruised, over-ripe, or weeks past its prime in the other - not because the growers had failed, but because everything after the harvest was built for shelf life, not flavour.

So we built the opposite. Instead of buying through distributors and holding stock in a warehouse, we went directly to 42 named growers across South America, Southeast Asia and Europe and built a single unbroken cold chain from their bench to your door - usually inside 36 hours. Every crate is graded twice, once at origin and once on arrival, and every label tells you exactly where your food came from and when it was picked.

We're still a small team. That's deliberate - it's the only way we've found to keep every shipment personally accountable to someone, rather than a policy.
