Terms of service

These terms govern your use of freshfields.pk and any order you place with Fresh Fields Pakistan ("Fresh Fields", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order

You can order as a guest or by creating an account. All orders are subject to product availability - an item can sell out between browsing and checkout, in which case we'll let you know rather than substitute it without asking. Prices are shown in PKR and can change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment

Fresh Fields currently accepts cash on delivery only - no card, bank, or online payment information is collected anywhere on this site. Payment is due to the delivery rider when your order arrives.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout; select yours there to see the delivery charge for your order. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery timing is estimated, not guaranteed - imported and perishable produce can occasionally be delayed by customs, weather, or supply.

Vouchers and promotions

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions - a minimum order value, an expiry date, and/or a maximum number of uses - shown when you apply the code at checkout. We can end or change a promotion at any time.

Quality issues, damaged or incorrect orders

If your produce arrives damaged, not as described, or doesn't meet our own grading standard, contact our concierge desk as soon as it arrives - ideally with a photo. We handle these case by case, since we'd rather make it right than have you stuck with produce you're not happy with.

Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

Corporate and wholesale accounts

We also supply hotels, restaurants, and other businesses on separate corporate terms - see our corporate page or contact us directly to discuss volume pricing and account terms.

Limitation of liability

We take care in sourcing, grading, and handling every order, but as with any fresh and imported produce, we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every shipment will be entirely free of natural variation. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
