Where does your produce come from?

We source from farms and import partners, so the range mixes farm-fresh local produce with imported fruit and vegetables. Every product page shows its listed origin, such as Local, Imported or a named country, so you can see what you are buying.

How do you keep produce fresh?

Accepted Answer

We select produce for freshness, grade and consistency, and grade it before every delivery. It is held in chiller-equipped facilities and delivered by a dedicated last-mile service, so it stays at its best until it reaches you.

How should I store my produce once it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Every product page has a storage note and a short guide to choosing and using that item. As a general rule, refrigerate fresh produce promptly, keep dried items sealed in a cool, dry place, and wash fruit and vegetables just before you use them.

Is your produce organic?

Some of it - look for the ORGANIC badge on a product card. Items without that badge are not certified organic.

Is the beef jerky halal?

Yes. Zor Beef Jerky is made from 100% beef and is halal-certified. It is sold in Tikka flavour.

Do you sell dried or dehydrated produce?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The range includes dried tomatoes, dried apple, dried bell pepper, dried shiitake mushrooms, Kashmiri chillies, prunes and dried cranberries. Business customers can also ask about dehydrating seasonal produce, which is available on order.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Right now we deliver to DHA / Clifton / KDA and Nazimabad in Karachi, and to Lahore. Choose your area at checkout to confirm it and see the delivery charge. We add areas over time, so if yours is not listed, message us on WhatsApp at 0300-2207971.

The delivery charge depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery.

Cash on delivery (COD) only. You pay the delivery rider when your order arrives. No online payment is available, and no card details are ever collected on this site.

The business catalogue is wider, with more than 70 items across herbs, salad leaves, mushrooms, chillies and peppers, specialty vegetables, tropical and imported fruit, and citrus. The core range is stocked year-round; the extended range depends on season and the import cycle, so confirm availability with your account manager before ordering.
