Fresh Fields Pakistan ("Fresh Fields", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use freshfields.pk, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what's needed to run the store and fulfil your orders:

• Account details - name, email address and (optionally) phone number, if you create an account.
• Delivery addresses - address, city and phone number for any address you save or use at checkout.
• Order information - items purchased, delivery address, phone number and, for guest checkout, the name/email/phone you provide instead of an account.
• Contact form and support messages - name, email, phone (if given) and the message itself, when you write to us.
• Reviews - your rating, comment, and name/email if left as a guest.
• Newsletter - your email address, only if you sign up for it.
• Wishlist - which products you've saved, tied to your account.

We do not collect or store payment card details of any kind - Fresh Fields currently accepts cash on delivery only, so no card, bank, or online payment information ever passes through this site.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping basket is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie - it stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to your account (or the admin console, for our staff) and to remember basic session state. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type) - it does not run any advertising trackers, and we don't use it to identify you personally. A short notice about this shows the first time you visit; dismissing it just remembers you've seen it.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, including sharing your delivery address and phone number with our delivery staff.
• To respond to questions sent through the contact form or support requests.
• To send order confirmations and, if you've subscribed, occasional newsletter updates.
• To maintain your account, wishlist and order history if you have one.
• To keep the store secure and prevent abuse (for example, fraudulent orders).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Third parties

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button on this site, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy, not this one. Our database is hosted with Supabase and our website with a Pakistan-based hosting provider - both act only as infrastructure and don't use your data for their own purposes. We use Google Analytics for site usage statistics, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and order records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting and dispute-handling purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time - email sales@freshfields.pk or use the contact form. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children's privacy

Fresh Fields is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted here directly.
